This was Tweeted the other day and I saved to to my favorites.

“Procrastination is the result of doubt. Ask yourself: what am I doubting that makes me procrastinate?”

Talk about an AH-HA Moment! This really got me thinking….

How many times do we put off what we KNOW we should do for our business and don’t ? Have you ever asked yourself, “What’s wrong with me? Why don’t I just DO it?” God knows I have, and still do at times.

Now change that around and ask ourselves, “What am I doubting?”.

Am I doubting my desire?
Am I doubting those who are guiding me?
Am I doubting my ability?
Am I doubting if the result will be worth it?

Once you identify the origin of the doubt, it becomes easier to overcome it!
